We pride ourselves on our dedication to quality and customer service at Sunshine Cake Toppers and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with your topper please contact us. Cake toppers are bespoke therefore printed to order so can't be returned if ordered in error, or didn't arrive in time as we cannot re-sell toppers due to food hygiene regulations.
Please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. All our toppers have a 12 month shelf life so order in advance as our preferred postage method is Royal Mail 1st class and although 93% of the time toppers arrive the very next day there is a small chance your topper could be delayed especially in December as Christmas cards can overwhelm the postal service and rarely toppers have taken up to a week to arrive.
If you find the icing is not coming of the backing sheet after following the instructions please call us or email for advice- this is extremely rare as our toppers are thick and peel straight off the plastic backing with ease and you should not have an issue.
If the product is to be returned due to damage in transit, packing or administration error then you are entitled to a replacement or full refund and items must be returned within 7 days. If this is the case please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to tell us what is wrong with the item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
